Registration Fee
The registration fee for OCPA-2025 covers the course fee, local transportations (airport-venue-airport), lunches, dinners, coffee breaks from the evening of Monday, 28 July, to noon on Thursday, 7 August 2025, as well as all social events (excursion, banquet).
Please note: The registration fee does not include international travel expenses or accommodation.
If your application is successful, you will be notified and sent the payment details via email by 7 July 2025.
ONLY after receiving the acceptance letter will you be required to pay the registration fee. The payment must be completed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 July 2025.
- Registration Fee: 22,500 THB per person (must be paid in full)
Important: Any bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender to ensure that the full amount of 22,500 THB is received by the organizer.
The registration fee includes the excursion. The fee is nonrefundable if you choose not to participate in the excursion. On the excursion day, meals will be provided at the Hotel for participants who do not join the excursion.
Accommodation Fee
To pay for accommodation fee, should you contact Hotel Labaris Khao Yai following the instruction provided when you receive the acceptance letter. The payment for accommodation must be completed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 July 2025.Updated 2 July 2025: Following a new agreement, the accommodation fee should be paid directly to the local organizing committee. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to all accepted participants once finalized.
- Accommodation Fee: 2,500 THB per person per night (must be paid in full)
Students' roommate will be selected and assigned by the OCPA-2025 Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
Accompanying Persons
If you are bringing an accompanying person to OCPA-2025 and they would like to join parts of the school program—such as meals (lunch/dinner) or excursions, including the lunch and dinner cruise—additional charges will apply.
This is because hotels and cruise operators charge on a per-person basis, and the school must cover costs based on actual attendance.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring an accompanying person so we can provide pricing details and make the necessary arrangements.
