SLRI shall collect, compile, maintain, use, or disclose your personal data for use in SLRI activities and in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2019. In this regard, SLRI shall keep confidential your personal data under the condition and for the objective as follows:
- only your personal data including name, surname, position, affiliation, email, and telephone number shall be collected in electronic form and used for communication and public relations of SLRI activities.
- SLRI shall collect and compile your personal data for statistical processing.
- SLRI shall collect, compile, use, and disclose your personal data during SLRI’s existence.
- You have the right as a personal data owner to request SLRI to handle your personal data as follows: rectify, erase, or destroy; provide you with access to such personal data; transfer; object the collection, compilation, use, disclosure; or restrict the processing. You also have the right to consent or not consent SLRI to the use of such personal data.
However, please be informed that without your personal data SLRI may not be able to contact or inform you of SLRI activities. In the cases SLRI needs to collect, compile, use, or disclose your personal data for other objectives than the abovementioned, SLRI shall inform you of such specific objectives to request your consent first.
