Registration Fees
- Early-Bird Rate: 30,000 THB (Available until 30 April 2026)
- Regular Rate: 34,000 THB
What is Included in the Fee?
The registration fee is all-inclusive, covering the complete academic program and hospitality:
- Full Access: Admission to all technical lectures and foundational modules.
- Hospitality: Daily lunch and two coffee breaks.
- The Grand Banquet: An evening of authentic Thai cuisine and networking.
- Official Excursion: Full excursion ticket, including lunch and dedicated bus transport.
- Airport Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and the venue.
- Arrival: Sunday, 29 November 2026.
- Departure: Return service is included (Details and schedule are currently under planning).
Payment Methods
The available payment methods depend on your registration period:
- Early-Bird Registration: Accepted via Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) only.
- Regular Registration: Accepted via both Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) and Credit Card.
Important Policies
Bank and Transfer Fees
All bank transaction fees, including intermediate bank charges for international wire transfers, must be covered entirely by the payer. The Synchrotron Light Research Institute (SLRI) must receive the full registration amount. Please instruct your bank to handle "all charges to sender".
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if a registered participant cannot attend, a change of participant (name substitution) is permitted. Please contact the secretariat at medsi-school2026@slri.or.th to process a substitution.
